  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your watch arrives with defects or damages not caused by mishandling, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
  • Incorrect Delivery: If the item does not arrive at the address you specified, you may request a refund. It’s essential to contact the courier or delivery service to resolve delivery issues; failure to do so may affect your claim.
  • Non-Delivery or Pickup Issues: If the item is not received or cannot be picked up within 30 days from the expected or actual delivery date, you must notify us in writing within this period.

Return Process and Requirements

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at sales@rolexexpert.io within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Use a courier that provides a tracking number for your return shipment. Returns without tracking proof will not be accepted.

For returning defective items or mismatched descriptions, we recommend filming your unboxing process to document any issues that support your claim.

Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will process your refund or issue an exchange as requested. Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

Special Conditions for Superclone Grade Items

Refunds for non-defective Superclone watches will incur a restocking fee of $99. This fee covers inspection and handling costs associated with processing the return.

If the product is defective or not as described, there will be no restocking fee, and you will be eligible for a full refund or replacement.

  • All warranties or guarantees are void if the watch shows signs of mishandling, modification, or damage resulting from improper care.
  • Custom or special requests are generally non-returnable unless defective.

Please note that partial divergences in small details are acceptable for regular grade watches, as they are not perfect replicas.
